It is not the finest week for Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Suspended for 2 games at the start of a few days for kicking Eco-friendly Bay Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Cruz within the Lions' Thanksgiving Day loss towards the Packers, Suh lost his appeal using the league on Friday, and thought he'd fly to his home town of Tigard, Or for any little relaxation while he's locked from team facilities.
Apparently, bad move.
As first reported by Jason Quick from the Oregonian, Suh was involved with a vehicle accident early Saturday in downtown Tigard. There have been no injuries with no impairment based on Quick, Suh simply lost charge of his vehicle on Portland's icy roads. ?The vehicle, a 1970 Chevrolet Coupe holding Suh and 2 people (no reported injuries) hit an easy pole, a consuming fountain, along with a tree. Suh cooperated using the cops who reported towards the scene at roughly 1:15 a.m.
Suh was raised in Tigard and finished Grant Senior High School. He would be a soccer player in the youth (one good reason for his impressive work), but chose to visit the College of Nebraska. In November, 2009, Suh was ticked by Nebraska police for negligent driving after striking three parked cars having a Land Rover. There have been no injuries for the reason that accident, either. He was examined in a .035 bloodstream alcohol level, well underneath the legal limit of .08.
Again, within the Tigard accident, there's no indication whatsoever that Suh was by any means impaired ?a he simply lost charge of his vehicle on icy roads.
